Web Site Launch Sparks Campaign
The launch of the official Lunsford-Stumbo Campaign for Change Web site is generating some great reaction, and focusing attention on the campaign's message of real leadership and real change.
First, the prominent political blog, The Bridge, praised the site as the Best Kentucky Gub Web site for the 2007 race. Heres what the blog had to say:
"I LOVE THE LUNSFORD-STUMBO FOR CHANGE site. It is one of the best political websites that I have even seen. Great colors! Great visuals! Best features! No wonder Lunsford sells winning movies. He understand
media and (evidently) the information age."
In the one day our new Web site has been up, we've more than doubled the number of email signups since the day Bruce and Greg announced their campaign for change (Jan. 29).
The site's launch also got the attention of the Pol Watchers political blog in Lexington. A demonstration of the Web site is a key part of the Campaign for Change Kick-off in Prestonsburg on Thursday.
The campaign is reaching out as well to the Web world, with a presence at MySpace, Facebook and Louisville Mojo.
